Mentoring Coordinator (maternity cover, which may become permanent)
Based: Aldershot, Hampshire
Salary: £18500, 37 hours pw

We are looking for a full time Mentoring Coordinator to take on and run a well established mentoring scheme, the post will be maternity cover which may become permanent. The Project provides one to one support for young people aged 10 to 25 through trained volunteers.

Essential to this post are a love of young people and an ability to respond to their diverse needs; good communication and organisational skills; experience working with and managing volunteers; multi agency partnership experience; knowledge of child protection issues; skills as a trainer. The post will involve some out of hours work, and you will also need to be able to drive and have your own car. The Source is a faith based project, sympathy with its Christian values is essential.
